Dr. Albert has surrounded himself with a small, elite group of professionals who not only have extensive experience in the dental field, but something that can’t be taught—passion. Each staff member truly cares about the wellbeing and health of our patients, and this shows in their friendly and efficient service. They treat every patient like an old friend, not a number, and we know you’ll notice (and enjoy!) the difference starting at your first appointment. Isabel, Office Manager & RDAEF
Isabel has been in the dental field for over 23 years, and she says the best part of her job is getting to know our patients and watch their confidence grow as our team improves their health and boosts their knowledge. In addition to being our office manager and a registered dental assistant in extended functions (RDAEF), she is also certified in Invisalign and CPR. A native of Duarte, she and her husband, Dr. Albert, stay very busy thanks to their three children, Jake, Kayla, and Lukas. When she isn’t spending time with her family, she loves crafting and working with her Cricut, which allows her to personalize items.
Gloria, Receptionist & Insurance Coordinator
Gloria will be the first friendly face you see when you come to visit us, and thanks to her 10 years of experience, she’ll help you feel welcome from the moment you step through our doors. She considers our patients and staff to be part of her extended family, and she can’t wait to meet you and your loved ones! When not at the office, you’ll most likely find her hanging out with her own large family. She has three sons and a granddaughter, and her sister and her children live just across the street, and they get together for dinner every night—you’d be amazed at how fast she can cook for a family of 10!
Griselda, Dental Hygienist
Griselda is a 20-year veteran in dentistry and graduate of Loma Linda University. If you ever have a question about keeping your teeth clean or which oral health products you and your loved ones should be using, she’s definitely the person to ask! Originally from Los Angeles, she enjoys hiking and taking road trips with her family, which consists of her husband and three children, Daniella, Camila, and Lucas.
Cindy, Dental Hygienist
Cindy brings an impressive 27 years of experience to our practice, 15 of which have been spent as part of our team! Educating and helping all of our great patients make Cindy enthusiastic to come to work every morning, and she looks forward to putting smiles on even more faces in the future! In addition to being a dental hygienist, Cindy is also a registered dental assistant, meaning she can handle just about any task within our office that you can imagine. Born in Okinawa, Japan and raised in Upland, she has been married for 20 years and has two teenage boys. She tries to stay active with her off time, so she likes camping, riding dirt bikes, and going to Catalina on her boat.
Staci, Dental Assistant
Staci recently joined our practice, and she says the best thing about being in dentistry is that you get to meet (and help) so many different people from all walks of life. A graduate of the Valley School of Dental Assisting, she looks forward to making your next visit as comfortable as possible. Staci and her close-knit family, which consists of her parents and older brother, love to go camping, and they’ve visited Sequoia National Park for over 21 years! Staci tries to stay active, so her hobbies include snowboarding and cheerleading. When you meet her, be sure to take a look at her eyes—each one is a different color, which is called heterochromia!
